Deployers still not deploying in 0.5.1.h

Description
After updating to 0.5.1.g deployers in my server stopped working. Updating then to 0.5.1.h did not fix the issue.
Affected are tree farms first and foremost; they don't plant saplings. Deployers also won't apply fuel to blaze burners. Deployers do, however, work with depots.
Playing with FTB Teams/Chunks, we tried unclaiming chunks and allowing fake players as well, to no avail. The first farm that suffered was built on a chunk that was never claimed in the first place.

it works in single player; the problem is only in multiplayer

Try a binary search:
The binary search is a way of finding a faulty thing amongst a lot of other things, without having to remove the things one-by-one. This is useful for finding a broken mod among hundreds of mods, without having to spend time testing the mods one-by-one.
The procedure is simple:
- Remove half of the existing things, and put them aside.
- Run the program / game.
- Does the issue still exist?
If YES: Repeat from step 1 with the current things.
IF NO: Swap out the current things with the ones set aside, and repeat from step 1. - Repeat this process until the problematic thing/s have been found.

You can binary search in a single player world, after which you can remove the offending mod from the server

but how will i know which is the offending mod if the deployers do work in single player?
I have degraded to 0.5.1.f and the deployers now work in multiplayer again. It seems like there is some incompatibility between the newer versions and one of the mods on my modlist, but only during multiplayer.
