Shadow Radiance Chestpiece

Description

This chest piece has a backtank on it and such so of course i attempted to enchant it with capacity. HOWEVER... I discovered that if you try to pick it up after placing it, the enchantments that were on it are gone. i tried picking it up with shift+right click using a wrench and even by picking it up with a pickaxe and a drill. every single way had the same result of it being picked up with enchantments not on it anymore
