Greyed out track sections

Description
I keep getting half the track greyed out track sections every time i make a track that's a multiblock (inclines turns etc.) in multiple modpacks i make (not published just shared with friends). this issue has happened in 1.18.2 and maybe another version i can't remember. i think its a lighting bug and it happens with every other vanilla chest in tandem also if that helps. it is likely a mod conflict but its happened in the last 3-5 different modpacks now each with fairly different mods and i can't figure out why. apologies ahead of time for the large mod list i could probably recreate the issue with a quarter of the mods if needed.
