When attached to a train, toolbox filters stop working when entering the game

Description
I've been using toolboxes in trains as an easy way to filter an specific amout of certain items, but i found out that if you exit you world while the train is connected to a portable storage interface, upon reentering the world the toolbox will keep taking in items ignoring whatever filters it had. Note that the filters are still there, is just that 4 non matching stacks of items got "on top of it". The only way i've found to stop this is disassembling the trains before leaving the world.

Hi, is very similar to #5083
and it may be fixed in 0.5.1i, did you tested it in the current version?
