all items used are from Minecraft (honey from bees) and create (pipe, spout, the mechanical pipe, cogs, steam engine, etc.)

when honey is in the spout either honey or flowing honey, it will not dispense on depot or belt into, bottle or bucket.

tested in single player and multiplayer
