Brass funnel and Creative barrel interaction crashes the game

Context
Playing around with creative barrel and brass funnel crashed my game multiple times after doing different things.
Here are all crash reports related to the crashing interactions as well as the latest log : link
I cannot even remove any of those two blocks to stop the crash from happening because every attempt does crash the game

On 1.20.1 switch to forge (version 47.1.43 or newer) since neoforge is unmaintained for that version and lacks methods added by newer versions of forge.
Also please search for similar issues before creating new ones, this issue has been reported multiple times already and there is nothing create change about this.
