[FEATURE] Persistent NBT data for item_application and deploying

Manual item application and deploying ignores an ingredient's NBT data (for the most part - display: name seems to be persistent already or baked in in MC?).
If NBT data was persistent through mentioned processes, this could allow for various gameplay additions:
- applying dye to toolboxes, armors, concrete etc.
- With third-party mods in mind: coloring chests/barrels with stored inventory information or NBT data like updates in compact_storage, storage_drawers etc.
