Placards erase some NBT data of the displayed item on contraption placement

Description

Reproduction:

  1. Place a placard.
  2. Place a opened map on the placard.
  3. Assemble the placard onto a contraption and re-place it as a block.
  4. Retrieve the map.
    ❎ Note that the number and the contents of the map will disappear.

Note: It's not just about maps. It erases certain NBT data of many items, such as the contents of a shulker box, the text on a written book, the loaded projectile on a crossbow and the pattern of a firework star. However, some entries, such as durability and enchantments, are not get erased.
