Spinning animated contraptions make uneven and spotty circles

Description
I was testing the radius of mechanical harvesters and ploughs on animated contraptions and I found that the circles are uneven and have blocks at spots that don't get harvested or ploughed. These spots are random and change spots when the contraption is turned on and off. The uneven circles and the weird dot seem to be related.
On my modpack (Facing where X goes up when I move forward)
Just create and worldedit (facing where Z goes up when I move forward)
The farmland was made with the plough with that dot filled in.
Chunk borders incase it's some weird chunk jank
Using a plough I copied over the farmland and replaced it with red concrete. The numbers are how many ploughs I used. I copied over the farmland without thinking about the direction. Number 10 is actually symmetrical aside from the little dot
