Minor problem with the update, maybe you can give me more info. I don’t have extractors or the transposers in the creative inventory. All if the videos I look at people have them but on the latest version there isn’t any. Is this supposed to happen? I love the mod but I hope this can be fixed.

Yes, this is supposed to happen. It's not a bug, the functionality of transposers/extractors has been replaced by Funnels.
There are more updated guides to learning Create, just make sure to observe the video's creation date before watching them.

Additionally, reading the description of each item from Create is equivalent to reading a short story. Understanding the machine you're crafting in the tutorial is important, so if you read and understand each piece from the mod using JEI in combination with listening to the tutorial and understanding the purpose of each piece- you can recreate the tutorial without following the exact steps.
