Possibly inspired from Mindustry's Mass Driver.

Catapult

Consumes 8 SU
Can bear a maximum of 128 speed
Takes in 64 items at once. 1 TNT = that 64 items

[Shift]

When Powered by Kinetics: Launches items loaded into it to a selected deposit, will only launch to it's maximum distance determinded by the speed of the input rotation.
When Powered by Redstone: Forces the catapult to launch, even when there are no items or entities inside.
When Items Launched are Stopped by an Obstacle: Turns the launched items into collectable entities. They will stay as that unless dropped onto a depot, belt or anything similar
When Maximum Powered: Becomes a deadly, long ranged projectile launcher. IGNITES TNT LAUNCHED FROM IT
When Overpowered: Doesn't show overpowering, Will fail to launch items and entities suffer heavy and near-lethal damage when getting capped by it (The Catapult would over launch, causing items to not get flung off and smashing the container onto the ground.)

[Ctrl]

R-Clicked: Manually connects to a deposit. One catapult can only have 1 deposit.
R-Clicked while Sneaking: Cuts off the Catapult's deposit.
Placed with Super Glue/Slimeball on Offhand: Allows wall placement, however, it takes up 9 slimeballs to do so
R-Clicked with Shears: Disables the Catapult permanetly until a new string is replaced.
