Is anyone having issues with the windmills in 1.16.4? Mine simply just doesn't turn on. I made it the same way I would make it in 1.15.2 but it won't rotate. Just to make sure, it's mechanical bearing -> Radial Chasis with glue on all sides and wool, and yes I put a lever on the mechanical bearing but nothing happens.

This is intended, the windmill function of the Mechanical Bearing has been moved to the Windmill Bearing, right click it to make it rotate.
