I checked on both versions and this hasn't been fixed. I play in a multiplayer survival world with this mod and the seats are currently unusable for mining elevators. The problem is, that when the contraption starts or stops, if you are sitting on a seat, you get teleported one block to the side causing you to take half a heart of suffocation damage. Please fix this asap as it really hurts the experience for me, and this seems like an easy fix

Seems more like fall damage to me

I am sitting on the seat, why would i take fall damage? Also, the reason i didn't take damage when going up is because there were no blocks at the end. If you look closely, i still teleported, i just teleported into an air block so i didn't suffocate
