I created water wheels in a server. After leaving the chunk (unloading it) and coming back again, my game crashes with a ticking block error. I have fixed the problem by removing the block, but at the moment it seems like I am unable to actually use Create until this is fixed. Thank you for assisting.

That seems unlikely, nothing relevant changed in that forge version.

I tried to recreate the issue in single player, using a windmill. The same error occurs.

Appears to be an incompatibility with forge 1.16.4 - 35.1.37, changing to 1.16.4 - 35.1.36 resolved the error for me.

I have had the same issue and it appears to be a problem with optifine. Removing optifine will stop the crashing, downgrading forge to 35.1.36 will also fix the problem

I'm also getting this error. I use optifine and 37, will try to downgrade to 36

downgraded to 36, still have optifine, works.
