I have windmills hooked up to rotational speed controllers and if I adjust it to a point that it overstresses the system, it pops off and everything keeps moving at the overstressed speed, even though it's no longer hooked up to a kinetic power source. Trying to replace the controller just pops it off instantly. Restarting doesn't fix the problem. I'm pretty sure this only started in 0.3e
