Contraption mounted deployers cannot punch blocks within the collision box of the contraption

Basically, if a deployer is trying to destroy blocks located within the bounds of a contraption's collision box, it totally fails to destroy that block. Presumably the deployer is attempting to hit the contraption entity rather than any blocks it's passing by.
