Title pretty much covers it. One of my players reported this to me, and I tested and screenshot the result. Even though the chassis were stickied they also get left behind as you see them in the pic.

It also can break any other block that is supposed to be unbreakable. Also trying to break end gateways results in a crash.
A way to handle this could be breaking the structure instead of the block when the drill is pushed through.
