The nearest neighbor option will favor farther outputs on the right (when looking at the output sides) of tunnels over nearer outputs on the left.

Steps to reproduces:

1. setup (at least) five parallel belts with the center belt being longer for input
2. setup tunnels along all the belts
3. when facing the output side of the tunnels set the tunnel to the left of the input to an item
4. set the tunnel on the far right to the same item
5. feed the matching item onto the input belt

actual result
the item will be filtered to the belt 2 over from the input belt on the right

expected result
the item would be filtered to the belt 1 over to the right
