A duplication bug occurs with the filter when clicking items into the filter and scrolling them out.

Clicking in a filter puts items in/out without consuming them.
Scrolling in a filter puts items in/out while consuming the them.

(So click items in and scroll them out to dupe them one at a time, or scroll items in and click out to delete stacks of them).

With JEI installed, this allows you to obtain ANY item in the game available through JEI. Creative items, etc. You can just drag the item from JEI into the filter, then scroll it out.

I'm guessing this is an interaction with the Mouse Tweaks mod? Without a mod like that, you can't transfer items via scrolling.
