Rotating Structures do not Collide with Entities

Just set up one of the rotational thingies, and it's really cool. However, I noticed that they don't appear to have any collision. I fell right through the moving parts. Is that planned, impossible, or merely a w.i.p feature that hasn't been implemented yet?

My concern here would be performance. Certainly would want to make sure this is efficient so as to not incur a big performance hit and slam FPS.
So two tiers of might work better, assuming there is a performance issue. One that retains the current aesthetic only behavior and the new one that could be more expensive crafting wise could have collisions enabled.
They are just visual.
It could certainly be possible. I will keep this issue open for future reference.
Right now I'm not 100% familiar with consistent entity collision at an angle.

it's in Japanese, but google translate or a similar service works fine. Had similar functionality to the moving blocks you use, with collision.
Maybe adopting https://github.com/ValkyrienSkies/Valkyrien-Skies ' physics engine/systems would be worthwhile. AFAICT it could also allow building/interacting on/with moving structures.
