Powered wireless redstone transmitter deletes its frequency components when moved trough contraptions

Steps to reproduce: create a large chassis structure, place wireless redstone transmitters on top, power them and give them a frequency.
Now move the structure with an extendable sticky piston, some transmitter will lose the blocks placed as filters.
This bug is caused by the shape of the chassis structure and where the transmitter are placed on it (could not determine why or how, it's extremely random).
When moving the structure back and fort this bug will always affect the same transmitter in the same position, as it will ignore the others.
Removing or placing them in the same spot dosen't change this behaviour.
This bug affects only transmitters (not recievers) and only when they are powered by redstone.
Expanding the chassis structure will change how the bug affects previously placed transmitter.

Going to add to this, if you unpower the transmitters before moving they do not lose there frequency, atlest from what I have seen in my own playing.
