Currently playing a Create jar with PR #9210 implemented; factory gauge promises don't seem to respect this fix. If a factory gauge is reading an inventory with multiple packagers, one item will clear one promise per packager, rather than one promise per item.

A setup like this should work. Pay attention to the promises as the slabs fill the vault, and how many packagers you attach to the vault.
