Deployer breaks entire turtle egg cluster at once instead of one egg at a time

Description

When mining a cluster of turtle eggs, a deployer breaks all of the eggs at once instead of one at a time like a player would. When the deployer is holding a silk touch tool, it only drops 1 egg for the entire cluster instead of dropping one egg per break.

Expected Behavior

A player breaks turtle eggs one at a time. For example, a cluster of 4 eggs requires mining the block 4 times and drops an egg each time (without silk touch) or yields 1 egg per break (with silk touch).

Actual Behavior

The deployer breaks the entire cluster in one action, regardless of cluster size. With silk touch, only 1 egg is dropped for the entire cluster.

Versions

Create 1.20.1 and 1.21.1 dev branches have the same wrong behavior
