Expected behaviour

Content observer sits at the end of the belt, which emits a signal when an item reaches the end of the conveyor. This allows the mechanical arm to take it off the end. The belt is now empty, the content observer stops emitting and can start moving again.

Actual

Content observer will emit signal when an item reaches the end. The arm takes the item but the content observer still thinks an item is there. If I right click the empty belt, the pick up animation occurs and the content observer turns off.

If I set the content observer to the specific item I'm interested in it works, but I shouldn't have to.

I am also experiencing this issue. This also occurs when a filter is used in the content observer.

I am also experiencing this issue. This Only happens when a belt is used. If I break the Redstone line that the observer is part of, the observer sees the there is no itme.
