I am playing in version 1.16.4 with no other mods and there seems to be items missing. I dont know what ones because im watching a tutorial and it doesn't show the names. But there are items they have that just arent in my game.

Some of the items are the ones circled in the picture but there are a couple more.

Do you mean the andesite funnel? and brass funnel?

Andesite funnel if you don't need a filter, brass filter if you need to filter. Check JEI for all the details.

The video's you're watching are probably Create 0.2, where they had these transposers. In 0.3, you can use funnels instead to get something from an inventory to a belt or vice versa.
