Describe the bug
When trying to use "Blaze burner with straw" with "peanut oil" from Create: Garnished it get piped into burner, but doesn't power it.
When inserting manually works as intended - super-heats the burner.

Also if jump started by hand after 50 seconds of super-heating runs out powers burner like normal fuel (just burning). After 4 minutes of regular burning extinguishes.

To Reproduce

• place a blaze burner

• use straw on it

• Get a bucket of "peanut oil" from Create: Garnished

• Put it into a tank

• pipe it into burner

• observe peanut filling burner but not powering it

• insert oil by hand to check does it indeed works

I think the reason is that the peanut oil bucket is tagged as blaze burner fuel but there is no liquid burning recipe for the fluid. Create Crafts & Additions could fix this by scanning the blaze burner fuel registry and tags for items that contain a fluid and then adding a liquid burning recipe for the fluid
