Manually placing or taking fuel in/from the furnace burner doesn't update comparators

Describe the bug
When right-clicking the furnace burner to place or take fuel comparators are not updated unless there's a block update also happening.
To Reproduce
Place furnace burner and comparator
Add single fuel item to change state to lit
Add more fuel to observe the comparator output not changing
