A block that you wind up with rotational force that you can release by powering it with redstone, it would output an rpm set by a wrench for a time that is dependent on how long and how quickly it was wound up, if it kept its energy when moved by a contraption it would allow for the transport of energy, as well as act like a buffer for flying machines so they would be more compact
