A block or several styles of lights that, having a rotating force, illuminate, the faster it turns, the larger the area it illuminates, can be used to decorate structures and light them at the same time or automate a lighting system.

You could also create the same variants of the lights but use FE and put cables etc.

You are not the first to suggest this; however, I'm not a fan of the "powered light" idea.
