Certus Quartz appears at the beginning of the belt after being charged

Describe the bug
When putting a Certus Quartz Crystal on a belt with a Tesla Coil, after charching, the Charged Certus Quartz Crystal will appear at the beginning of the belt.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a belt with a Tesla Coil above it.
  2. Put the Certus Quartz Crystal on the belt.
  3. Let the belt do it's thing
  4. Tesla Coil will charge the Certus Quartz Crystal
  5. The Charged Certus Quartz Crystal will appear at the beginning of the belt
