Straw turns empty blaze burner into liquid blaze burner

Describe the bug
Right clicking an empty blaze burner with a straw turns it into a liquid blaze burner, skipping the requirement of getting a blaze. Happens on both Fabric and Forge.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Place down an empty blaze burner
  • right click with a straw

Additional context

  • Mod version: 20221128a
  • Fabric version: 0.14.21 (API 0.76.0)
  • Forge version: 40.2.4
  • Create version: 0.5.1-b-build.1078
