Describe the bug
The Electric Motor (I don't know about other stuff, maybe they have this bug too), has power stutters when I set it to high speeds, it's like running out of power even if the cable is providing more than enough power, it's like it can't accept power quickly? This seems to happen with speeds over 140rpm. Also this seems to only have started happening in the release where the power requirements got bumped? I thought my cable just wasnt providing enough power, but then I noticed it did.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Get a creative energy cube (I'm using the one from Mekanism)
• Connect it to the electric motor (both with a cable and just straight next to it work the same)
• Set it to a speed higher than 140rpm
