Describe the bug
If a schematic includes blazeburners with straws equipped, the schematicannon don't need/consume straws to equip it on the blazeburners. This tiny bug makes it possible to create blazeburners with straws without owning straws.

To Reproduce

1. Build Blazeburners with straws equipped (for example in a creative world)
2. Save it as a schematic
3. Place it with a schematicannon (in a potential survival world)
4. you'll notice that the schematicannon dont need/consume straws
