Describe the bug
Fe is not transmitted via a "portable energy interface".

To Reproduce
"Creative Generator" has a "connector" with "pull". Connected to "portable energy interface" with "push".

The portable energy interface of the contraption connects to the other. The connector of the solid portable energy interface has 1.0kFe/t.

The portable energy interface of the contraption has a "pull" connector, but 0Fe. The accumulator has one with "push" and 0Fe.
