Describe the bug
When i charged my ME terminal / iron jetpack it didnt charge but consumed enrgy
To Reproduce
place a tesla coil above a depot/belt and charge a chargable item. (charging recipes still work)

- Mod version: 1.2.3
- Fabric version: 0.15.10
- Create version: 0.5.1f
