Portable energy interface not allowed in contraption controls

Describe the bug
The portable energy interface isn't registered as an item allowed in contraption controls. Other portable interfaces (including the fuel interface from steam and rails) can be toggled via contraption controls.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior: Attempt to set a portable energy interface as the selected item in contraption controls.
