The incorrect charging tag for enchanting a book (in the Tesla Coil).

The enchantment ID in the NBT data of a book, which is supposed to be synthesized into an enchanted book by charging it in the Tesla Coil, is incorrectly written as "efficiency" without the "minecraft:" prefix. Moreover, the enchantments' NBT tag should be "StoredEnchantments" instead of "Enchantments". This issue results in the book being incorrectly recognized as an already enchanted book rather than an enchantment book.
