Currently, building long range power lines cannot work due to each cable needing to be loaded..
Which is fair for power sources, but for cables it's a real shame.

So I wonder if it is possible to have cables work outside of loaded chunks...
Seems unlikely but Trains do traverse unloaded chunks-
