Describe the bug
When I attach portable energy interface to train, i cant access it (not charging accumulator on train)

To Reproduce
1} create a train
2} attach PEI
3) assemble
4) connect second side of PEI
5) connect nodes to it
6} check network usage

• Mod version: Beta 1.20.1-1.2.4
• Fabric version: 0.16.0
• Create version: Beta 0.5.1-f-build.1417+mc1.20.1
