Describe the bug
Same as #631 but in 1.18.2.
the iron_spool is removed from the mod, but the tag still tries to reference it, causing the server to hand on TagLoader sometimes.

To Reproduce
Continuously restart a 1.18.2 server with createaddition-1.18.2-1.0.0 installed until the TagLoader thread hangs.

It doesn't hang the server every time, but when it does it causes server loading to fail without terminating the process, which is hard to handle.

• Mod version: 1.18.2-1.0.0
• Forge version: 40.2.21
• Create version: 1.18.2-0.5.1.f (broken with latest too, as expected)
