Electric motor not spinning

Describe the bug
Sometimes when using other mod's energy transport, the electric motor won't spin even with full FE.

(both photos have the energy stored in the motor at the top center using jade)
To Reproduce
I couldn't find a way to reproduce it

- Forge version: 43.4.0
- Create version: 0.5.1.i
- Minecraft version: 1.19.2
