Describe the bug
When a blaze burner with a straw runs out of lava, it doesn't change state to smoldering, and stays heated forever.

To Reproduce

1. Put down a blaze burner
2. Give it a straw
3. Give it a bucket of lava or feed lava with pipes
4. Use Goggles to observe lava level being consumed
5. Blaze runs out of lava but keeps burning.

• NeoForge version: 21.1.139
• Create version: 6.0.4

My bad, I wasn't patient enough while testing this.
The goggles show that the burner has run out of lava, but in reality it has a burntime buffer of 10 minutes.
When goggles report that the burner consumed the lava, it converted it into burntime and will keep burning as long as that buffer has time remaining.
