Your mod adds wires. They are rather good at that, and their droop is only mildly worrying at times. But the current wires are too thin and don't extend far enough for more aesthetic purposes. In theory, a visually thicker and less drooping decorative cable with a long (~64 m) maximum distance could open up new frontiers in decoration - cable stayed bridges, lattice masts, ship rigging, and that's just what I can think of off the top of my head.

I suggest two new items/blocks:

1. Decorative Connector - maximum range further than the current large connector, but cannot transmit any power.

2. Thick Spool - a spool of this thicker cable, which also wouldn't carry any power. Probably made using belts or something cheap instead of gold, electrum or copper wire.
