Wrong amount of fluid when using Tcon's copper can to fill fluid into burner

Describe the bug
When using a copper can of Tinker's Construct to fill fluid into blazer burner, wrong amount of fluid is filled into blaze burner.
A copper can is supposed to hold 90mb fluid but it pours out 1000mb fluid.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Prepare a copper can of tconstruct with burnable fluid inside(like lava, but other fluids should also be ok)
  2. Give a blaze burner a straw
  3. Right click the blaze burner with the copper can(with 90mb fluid inside)
  4. Fluid of more than 90mb is inside the burner(by using some mods like Jade to confirm or check the NBT)

Fixed in 1.5.3
