Feature request description
Add support for customizing recipe timings in addRecipe call, rather than defaulting to a time of 1 tick.

Feature request reason
While ingredient customization has been the focus of CraftTweaker since its creation, changing the time required to craft an item using Create's automation tools provides another way to balance item creation, and to change how the player approaches a problem in that modpack. Also, crafting would look a lot less jank.
