Creepers start to chase players through walls

if you are just in your house and don't have windows, your house will seem to combust from the night as there is zero way to detect the creeper

Oh, yes. I've been hearing random explosions near my base due to those unlit underground caves. I had to tone down a bit the creepers range because it was just that absurd hahaha. Sooner or later, they would open a giant sinkhole toward my base

I second a possible no xray config, and to only have breaching capabilities after making contact with you. This'll also ultimately eliminate the underground explosion problem entirely.

I don't see the problem here, the mod is intended to work in this way, it gives creepers the ability of see trough walls and breach them, when this mod is used you need to build defences around your base to prevent the creepers destroying it. Also you can modify the config file to adapt the mod as you want.

i just was thinking, a better idea would be to have creepers only start attacking after they've seen you either through a transparent block or just air and then breach after you've tried to try to hide to prevent that because I'm just sitting in my house and then randomly my chest blows up and I lose most of my items

i just thought it was going to breach walls after they are unable to see you and not just outright see you through walls

my thought of this mod wasnt exactly to make the game harder my thought was that it was supposed to prevent cheese

I understand you, but the breaching ability is closely related to the ability to see through walls. Even so I think I can try to do something so that we can have the option not to use X-rays
