Link for ban appeal doesn't work

Steps to reproduce

Go to https://github.com/CreeperHost/MineTogether/issues/new/choose

Choose the link for Ban Appeal. It takes you to a blank page.

Expected behaviour

Expected a page where I could request an appeal to my ban for typing the word 'effing.' At least that's what I think is what I typed. Might have also been the word stinkin. Not sure.

I don't have a dirty mouth. That's why I typed 'effing.' I also don't talk about dirty things. Can't figure out why I was banned or how to fix it. I'm a 48 year old mom! Seriously????? Please help. @d

If after logging in you get a blank page, reset your browser cookies and try to login again.

"effing" is likely picked up by the bot. It is a euphemism for a vulgar word. The bot will attempt to ban all attempts to circumvent the rules.

Sorry if it's a dumb question - are you talking browser cookies for like, safari? Or for the FTB App or for Stoneblock 3 itself?

@Draylynn I think I cleared the cookies for MineTogether. The message on my screen when I'm in the game now says, "Unable to send messages while client is unverified." How do I fix that? Also thanks for being patient with me. Once I get this figured out I should be all good.

Time, time usually fixes that. Depending on the time of day/how heavy MT chat is, it can take a while to verify.
If verification still fails after 5 mins, I recommend toggling chat off for up to 20 mins and then trying again, there is a 'soft lock' or 'cooldown' for verification failure spam to help prevent MineTogether overloading.

I am having the same issue but I think I said frack or something along those lines, self censoring myself. I am attempting what you suggested with turning off chat and back on
