Describe the bug

everytime i startup my world, minetogether chat is on and i can see other peoples chats, but the second i open chat to type, the minetogether chat dissapears, there is a widget to click that reopens minetogether, but when i do so it only appears for a split second then dissapears

Steps to reproduce

1. start game, step 2 LOOK at chat without opening, minetogether chat will be working perfectly. 3. Open chat. 4. chat dissapears. 5. click minetogether window 50000 times, each time the chat appears for a second then goes

Expected behaviour

i expected to be able to see and send messages to the minetogether chat
