Unable to login, Server times out, instance shows I am still connected

Steps to reproduce

When I try to log into the server I am Unable to login, Server times out, instance shows I am still connected. Sometimes it says timed out. Internet is working fine.

Expected behaviour

I should be able to log in and play.
