Describe the bug

Not recieving Chat Messages on server when in Mine Together Chat tab.

Steps to reproduce

Be on a server with someone else -> Go to MineTogether tab -> Have other person send message in server chat. -> Go back to server tab -> Dont see message

Expected behaviour

I expected to recieve chat messages from my server while looking at the mine together chat.

This is intended behaviour, MineTogether chat is completely separate from the default in game chat.
That is why it has its own tab in the chat screen.

Then this is possibly just an SB3 issue?
Because as you can see from the Screenshot i provided, the console shows the message existing, but in the minecraft chat window does not.
i.e. The Missing "back" message from GavK2

So you're telling me while I'm in the MineTogether tab, any chat message sent on the server is to be disregarded completely and not show up when tabbing back in to the Server page?

Maybe I'm misunderstanding the issue?
Any messages sent in server chat will only show up for other players connected to the same server, and they will be in the server tab. If a player does not currently have the server tab selected, they will still get the message, they just won't see it until they select the server chat tab.

This is how chat works when I test with the MT version you listed, this is working as expected.
